AutoPlay is not free! AutoPlay, the AutoPlay Menu (APMenu) and the AutoPlay Configuration Utility (APCfg) (hereafter referred to as "AutoPlay Applications") are shareware, meaning that you are entitled to evaluate the AutoPlay Applications before you decide to purchase them. This evaluation period allows you to use the AutoPlay Applications on up to five (5) personal (non-commercial) media (including CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs, CD-ROMs and DVD-RAM, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, etc.). After this evaluation period, you must either register your copy of the AutoPlay Applications, or discontinue their use and remove them from your system.
Private Persons: If you find this program useful and find that you are using the AutoPlay Applications and continue to use them after a reasonable trial of 5 media, you must make a registration payment for a personal license (US$ 13.50 plus any applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees) to James Greene. This registration fee will license you to use the AutoPlay Applications on an unlimited number of privately produced media.
Commercial Users: Commercial users of the AutoPlay Applications (or use of the AutoPlay Applications on a commercial media) must register and pay for their copies of the AutoPlay Applications before the media is distributed. A professional license for AutoPlay costs US$ 49.00 (plus any applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees).

Anyone distributing any of the AutoPlay Applications for any kind of remuneration must first contact James Greene for authorisation. This authorisation will be automatically granted to distributors recognised by the ASP as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering the AutoPlay Applications immediately. However we would appreciate being advised so that the distributor can be kept advised about with the latest version of the AutoPlay Applications.
